In 1982, Central Pattana launched Central Ladprao, the first fully integrated shopping center in Thailand. Central Pattana was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on March 1, 1995, with a registered capital of Baht 1,000 mn and a par value of Baht 10 per share. Currently, its paid-up capital is Baht 2,244 mn, with a par value of Baht 0.5 per share, of which the majority is held by Central Holdings Co., Ltd.
